Bleeding

I was painting this rose and when I was finishing it, I saw it Cry/Bleed. I start a painting and by the time it is being completed it gains a life of its own and it starts speaking to me. Hence I had make it as I saw. Probably It is bleeding, because it will die soon a natural death, or at the hands of a plucker. Or it is crying for it is no longer cared and respected by people like it was once upon a time. Or is it just showing the ephemeral nature of things.
